Banner Application Support Specialist, 4 - 6 months contract in Dublin
Our client is looking for the Banner Application Support Specialist to join their team either in Dublin for 6 months.
Skills required:
You will be responsible for the maintenance and the management of the Banner system. The Banner system is undergoing significant upgrades and this means that at the moment it requires a higher level of support.
Required Skills:
-Functional Banner Application Skills
-We need people who have Front End functional experience of using the actual Banner application to process students and not just candidates with development experience. The main of the work we do is servicing the IT staff who have queries and issues that have resulted from their use of the software so this is where in the main experience and knowledge are required.
-Knowledge of wider Ellucian applications
-Experience of working in a Higher Education environment
Desirable Skills:
-Knowledge of SQL and Oracle
-Knowledge of Java (Groovy & Grails)
