BANKING SUPPORT OFFICER (INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT)

On behalf of our client, a Private bank in Zürich, we are looking for a REPORTING SUPPORT RESOURCE TO ASSIST THE REPORTING TEAM IN YEAR-END OF MANDATES IN INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English and German speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

ROLE:

- Production of standard mandate reports
- Support in compiling bespoke reports
- Quality control of mandate reports (data quality, accuracy, etc.)
- Support in compiling and coordinating RFPs
- Close collaboration with Product Marketing & Communications team

SKILLS:

- Experience in financial industry, banking or investment management
- Knowledge about financial instruments and a sense for performance measurement is a must
- Experienced in delivering high quality results
- Commercial degree in Business Administration, finance or similar
- 2+ years of experience in Private Banking or Asset Management
- Ability to work independently (self-motivated) and in a well-structured and precise working manner
- Excellent skills in working under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint applications
- Fluent English and German

NICE TO HAVE:

- Experience in working with financial data is beneficial
- French would be a plus
