A Major Blue chip Business that provides advisory, trading and risk management services across the full range of financial products for clients around the world Seeks a Client Support Advisor. The company has approximately 2,500 associates spanning 11 countries with offices in Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

Global Client Delivery and Service team is responsible for supporting the cash management needs of approximately 2400 clients. The Client Support Advisor is responsible for liaising with internal business partners and the client to resolve any business issues. Our clients are multinational, operating from various locations globally and therefore have an expectation to be serviced in their local language.

Job Description
Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of the assignment and documentation verification of treasury service requests. Able to work efficiently to quickly and accurately assign initial requests and build the service request that will be worked by a client service. Skilled at treasury systems that support requests and the processes and products required in conjunction with those systems. Must be able to prioritise multiple incoming requests while assessing existing client requests that require action from the Advisor with consistent follow up. Must be skilled at navigating internal resources by leveraging teamwork and relationships to execute for the client.

Responsibilities
* Review incoming request into a shared email box and quickly assess and create a service request that will be assigned or completed by the most appropriate resource available.
* Identify and reduce client risk situations, encouraging and educating client to maximise use of the bank's CashPro Online tool and STP (straight through processing) during the execution of their payable/receivable transactions.

Requirements
Essential Requirements
* Knowledge to navigate and network Global Sales, Operations and Client Servicing organisation and processes.
* Knowledge of bank systems.
* Clients Accounts Payable/Receivable and TMS (Treasury Management System) environments/processes.
* STP formatting of local and cross border transactions (to facilitate high STP rates) to support clients with understanding requirements.
* Liquidity structures (Zero Balancing and sweeping), European payrolls and direct debit processes.
* Strong Microsoft Outlook skills (including organising folders and categories)
