BANKING CONSULTANT/CONTROL REVIEW & IMPLEMENTATION/AUDITOR/CONTROLLER/GAP/CSDR
Main objectives are to identify the existing risks in the Middle Office and to propose adequate controls (2nd line of control (Execution (1st) -> Middle Office (2nd) -> Risk department ( 3rd)
Steps to be respected:
Step 1: inventory of the existing risks and control coverage
Step 2: identify gaps on existing situation (as-is)
Step 3: identify new risks and required controls required by CSDR
Step 4: define the "requirements": define what would be needed for the implementation
For the last point, we do refer here as an experience as business user who will explain the controls needed, the implementation in business requirements will be done by another business analyst (internal)
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- experience as auditor/controller
- gap analysis
- analytical mind
- understanding of CSDR is a plus
