On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a BANKING BUSINESS/PROCESS ENGINEER. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Job Description:
- As part of the Asset Management and Wealth management organization, the successful candidate will be in charge of supporting a number of business production processes.
- Those processes include overlooking of Document Publishing for fund related documents, coordinating capability reporting production with a number of stakeholders worldwide and coordination of client letters sent out to clients in case of corporate actions.
- This candidate will be in charge of a change process to optimize existing work and potentially transfer/integrate it to other parts of the organization.
- This candidate will also have an opportunity to be exposed to change the bank work and help out our team with other assignments.
Skills:
- Proven experience managing business productive tasks
- Over 5 years of experience in business process analysis and optimization.
- Banking or financial industry is a must
- Great organizational and communication skills are a must. Project management skills and experience in working with IT are welcomed.
- Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations
- Documenting as is and to be processes and business requirements documents
- Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management
