IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Provide functional support to Operations, Middle-office and Back-office, i.e. act as first point of contact for user issues, analyse issues, identify solutions and follow up on resolution of issues
-Take ownership of issues raised by all teams of the bank
-Writing scripts to detect system problems
-Handle reengineering projects to reduce the number of incidents
-Serve our internal operations customers in Geneva and support emote locations
-Detail defect/enhancement solution specifications to found issues
-Provide feedback to development on application requirements helping to prioritize fixes and liaising with traders for acceptance after researching and diagnosing bugs
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experienced within application support with good knowledge of Banking products
-Experience handling multiple requests and queries at the same time
-Good SQL and UNIX skills
-Exposure to Business Object and WebSphere is an asset
-Fluent English, team player and leadership skills
-Attention to detail, high level of accuracy
