We are currently looking for a Delivery Manager to be responsible for the continuity and change of global applications in the domain of CRM, Client Data, Onboarding and client centricity. These applications are supported by 2-3 teams and you will ensure the continuity of the applications as part of the implementation of projects and releases.

You will manage Agile teams of 10-20 IT professionals and be responsible for their professional development, both for competence and development including all aspects relating to Human Resources Management including recruitment and performance management cycle for internal employees. You are also responsible for supplier management for the vendors in your subdomain.

Experience required:
* A bachelor/university degree
* Minimum 5 years experience as a line manager of (senior) IT professionals;
* At least 5 years relevant work experience for the position in the banking sector;
* Knowledge and experience with project management in an international environment;
* Experience with vendor management;
* Experience in a multi-stakeholder environment;
* Proven success in managing complex projects and delivering services according to SLAs;
* Minimum 5 years experience with Agile development methods (SCRUM, Dedicated Teams, product owner);
* Knowledge of international rules within the international banking IT domain.
