Duties:
- Providing clinical supervision to junior staff
- Undertaking specialist assessments
- Assessing, planning, implementation and evaluating nursing care within agreed parameters
- Delivering and developing dual diagnosis training to substance misuse and mental health workers
- Providing professional advice and support to other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must be a registered mental health nurse with a valid, up to date NMC pin. You must also have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working as a band 7 clinical leader.
