This is an exclusive vacancy for a qualified Band 6 Occupational Therapist with previous community rehabilitation experience. Caseload is largely over 65s both after hospital admission and community referrals. All physical conditions plus dementia. No acute neuro. Would be helpful if they are confident in dementia management in physical setting and / or has some specialist manual handling experience.

Duration: Ongoing
Hours: 37.5hrs a week
