Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse - Community Recovery

Our client has a job vacancy for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work within a Community Recovery Team based in the West Midlands. This is a full time position and the pay rate for this role is 22-25 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties
- Working within a multi-disciplinary CRT.
- Providing advice and support to other agencies.
- Planning care.
- Ensuring carers assessments are completed in accordance with the NSF.
- Assessing and planning nursing care for service users.

Requirements
- All applicants must be a Qualified RMN and have a valid NMC Pin.
- You must have at least 2 years post qualifying experience working within Mental Health.
- You must have an understanding of your responsibilities under the Mental Health Act 1983.
- You must have an understanding of your responsibilities under the Care programme Approach, Clinical Governance, Risk Assessment and Child Protection Legislation if you are interested in this position please click below to apply now.
