Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse - Older People's

Our client has a job vacancy for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work within an Older People's Service based in Lancashire. This vacancy has an initial 8 week contract and the pay rate for this role is 23 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties:
- Maintaining high standard of individualised client care.
- Recognising factors and events that are likely to affect the mental, emotional and physical wellbeing of clients.
- Providing advice and support when required.
- Managing medication in accordance with the Trust Policy and the NMC standards of administering drugs.
- Attending weekly OPCMHT clinical meetings.
- Providing the team with relevant information in relation to caseloads.

Requirement:
- All applicants must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse, with a valid NMC pin.
- Applicants must have at least 2 years recent post registration experience working within mental health.
