Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse - Nottingham

Our client has a job vacancy for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to work in Nottingham. This position has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is 22-26 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties-
- Providing professional advice and support to other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team, and act up for the Team Manager in there absence as appropriate
- Being responsible for the assessment planning implementation and evaluation of nursing care within agreed parameters, and have a working knowledge of local, national policies and legislation, which govern current service provision and audit.
- Being responsible for the assessment, planning implementation and evaluation of the evidence based care required, including health promotion for a named service user/group.
- Being responsible for coordinating the care and assessment under the Care Programme Approach of a designated caseload

Requirements -
- You must have a minimum of 3 years post registration experience within a Mental Health Team.
- You must have an understanding of your responsibilities under the Care programme Approach, Clinical Governance, Risk Assessment and Child Protection Legislation & NSF's.
- you must have at least a years experience working within the community
