Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse - Crisis and Outreach

Our client has a job vacancy for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work within a Crisis and Outreach Team based in Wiltshire. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is 24-26 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties:
* Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments (including full mental state examination, risk issues, psychological issues, self harm, homicide, drugs and alcohol etc) in the A this included specialist advice and decision making on a range of care, treatment and patient management issues. To work as a dual diagnosis link worker with the dual diagnosis lead.
* Demonstrating a high standard of record keeping and documentation.

Requirements:
* All applicants must be a qualified RMN and have a valid NMC Pin.
* A minimum of 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within mental health and a community setting.
