Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist

Sanctuary Health currently has a locum job vacancy for a Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist to work in Stockport. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract, working weekends every 3 weeks and the pay rate for this role is 28 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties:
- Managing a complex caseload
- Working in an integrated multi-disciplinary team within a community
- Developing and delivering a comprehensive OT programme
- Assessing for minor adaptations to patients' homes and equipment aids
- Reviewing assessments of users in consultation with other health professionals
- Coordinating and conducting individual and group therapy programmes

Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must have a degree within occupational therapy and be HCPC registered. You must have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working as a band 6 occupational therapist working within either a rapid response or intermediate care team.
