Duties:
- Participating in the admission, discharge and transfer of clients
- Coordinating the care and assessment under the care programme approach of a designated caseload
- Undertaking assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care
- Providing professional advice and supporting other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must be a registered mental health nurse (part 3 or 13) with a valid, up to date NMC pin. You must also have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working as band 6 mental health nurse to work within an adult community team.
