Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse - Surrey

Our client has a job vacancy for a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse to work as part of a Dynamic Multi-Disciplinary Team in Surrey. This is a full time position and the pay rate for this role is 21,900-27,500 per annum.

Duties -
- Contributing to the whole system treatment planning process.
- Developing, implementing and evaluating treatment and encouraging and supporting service users to define their treatment needs.
- Facilitating and co-facilitating psycho-educational groups.
- Promoting the health and wellbeing of veterans within a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Offering evidenced based key worker interventions on a regular basis.

Requirements -
- All applicants must have a RMN first level registration, valid NMC registration.
- A minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience working within a similar role.
