Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse - Cumbria

Our client has a job vacancy for a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in Cumbria. This vacancy has a 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is 25-30 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties:
- Promoting excellent standards of nursing care within the Treatment Centre.
- Contributing to excellent outcomes within a recovery focused environment.
- Undertaking assessments to determine priorities of needs and risks.
- Encouraging and supporting service users to define their treatment needs.
- Offering evidenced based key working interventions on a regular basis.
- Supervising unqualified staff, encouraging and supporting them in their development.

Requirement:
- All applicants must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC registration and pin.
- Applicants must have at least 2 years recent post registration experience working with clients who suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
