TXM Healthcare have today picked up an exciting position for a band 5 occupational therapy locum for a position within the adult mental health service. Please find details below:

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES

We are looking for a Locum - Band 5 to work in the Adult Mental Health Occupational Therapy Service.

This position is from the 3rd June (subject to work permit being granted) and would be for approximately 4 months.

The position will be Band 5 Occupational Therapist Adult Mental Health.

The locum will be covering an inpatient mental health unit of 12 beds and day treatment clients. The community caseload will involve closed therapy groups e.g. Confidence Building Programme and 1:1 sessions e.g. anxiety management.

The Locum needs to be a driver with a vehicle and the costs of travel to and from the Island will be paid and work related mileage.

Accommodation is provided in the staff residence, the rent is currently £324 per month. A deposit of one month's rent is payable (to cover any possible damage) following a satisfactory check of accommodation on departure the deposit is refundable.

Hours 37½ per week. Uniform is not required.

Travel to take up the position and when leaving the Island is paid for.
