Bancs Trainer - Jpmorgan - Bournemouth

Do you have strong experience working with the BaNCS system? If so, here at JPMorgan in Bournemouth we are looking for an individual to assist with the creation of training manual and coordination of the training of our Asset Servicing Teams to utilise this new system.

The role has been released as we are in the process of implementing the BaNCS system for use within the Global Asset Servicing team. The Global Asset Servicing Utility provides centralised asset servicing solutions for multiple products, businesses and client segments across the wholesale bank.  Key services include the proactive management of Corporate Actions, Income, Taxation, Proxy Voting and Client Enquiries/Reporting.

This will be a challenging and interesting role which will utilise your knowledge of the BaNCS system to the max.

- Define training scenarios to cover the Asset Services products; Corporate Actions, Income, Tax & Proxy Voting in conjunction with Subject Matter Experts in the business
- Ensure scenarios cover the full range of training required
- Input training scenarios into the BaNCS system & test the quality in readiness for training
- Provide class room training to users of the system in preparation for processing or and overview of the system dependent on the audience
- Maintain accurate records of scenarios used, tested and trained  
- Develop E-learning material for use after go live

KEY SKILLS:

- Detailed knowledge of the BaNCS system as a user or trainer
- Asset Services product knowledge
- Experience in writing and testing training scenarios
- Track record of class room training delivery
- You will be able to give examples of your self management achievements.
- You will be able to demonstrate your time management and planning skills.
- Proven experience of relationship management communicating complex issues with internal a stakeholders.
- You will be able to give comprehensive examples of your internal networking experiences.
- You will be able to give examples of your problem analysis and resolution experience, at both a strategic and functional level.
- You will be able to give examples of your pro-active team relationship skills and experiences.
- Good problem solving skills/lateral thinker
