BALANCED SCORECARD SENIOR CONSULTANT

Exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest Middle Eastern Telco Operatos in a very professional environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Use the balanced scorecard and strategy map frameworks to help the Operator cascade the corporate strategy to business units and departments
-Help align the departmental strategies with each other
-Help develop Balanced scorecards with KPIs per department that are aligned with the corporate scorecard
-Help monitor the results of the scorecards and create reports and analysis based on them

REQUIREMENTS:

-5 years+ of experience with Balanced Scorecards and Norton/Kaplan strategy execution frameworks
-Experienced in all phases of Balanced Scorecard development from initiation through implementation and maintenance
-Experience in a management consulting company
-Experience on Telecom projects is an advantage

Location: Tehran, Iran

Start of the project: around 1-2 months
