Balance Sheet Accountant

Currently recruiting for a Balance Sheet Accountant working on a temporary assignment for a global pharmaceutical company at their site in Cheshire. The role will be until the end on November 2015.

The focus of the role will be to interrogate SAP to understand how units are reporting their outstanding balance sheet item. This will require the role holder to identify the SAP accounts, review the outstanding transactions and identify those that either need to be cleared, collected or written off.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar position and have an understanding of SAP, strong Excel skills and some audit experience. Experience of working across multiple geographies and time zones would be beneficial. The candidate would need to demonstrate they were self-motivated and tenacious in seeing things through to a conclusion.
