My client, a market leading financial services organisation is looking for a Senior Complaints Handler LOCATION: CANARY WHARF RATE: £300-£350 DURATION: 6 MONTHS + START: ASAP The Role: - Manage the workload of the Complaint Handlers on the team - Manage the receipt of a high volume of inbound correspondence from a number of different areas within the bank and externally - Ensure that all complaints are logged and acknowledged within the regulatory SLAs and ensure that no breaches occur - Ensure that all complaints are allocated to the Complaints Resolution Team - Answer inbound internal telephone calls, re-directing as appropriate - Provide support to the Complaints Management Team Director in any adhoc projects or tasks - Ensure that quality levels meet the required benchmark and at the same time champion the provision of first class service To find out more about Huxley Associates, please visit www.huxley.com
