Backup Technology Specialist (m/f) Needed

• Role: He will involve in designing and implementation of the Backup Solution for Energy & Utility Client in Germany.
• He will take up existing Tape Back assessment and Migrate it to Disk Based Backup with EMC DATA DOMAIN.
• He is responsible for solution implementation to customer.
• Sizing of VTL, Tape library and defining the backup policies.
• Primary: Backup Technologies: Data Domain, Symantec Netback up, EMC Networker.
• Array : EMC VNX Unified Storage, HP EVA

ANFORDERUNG:
• Should be well versed with Backup technologies
• Should be well versed with Backup Solution design and implementation with EMC Data Domain and EMC Networker.
• Should have implemented De-Duplication.
• Should have hands on experience in setting up the fresh backup setup for Exchange 2010 Solution.
• Should be well versed with Symantec Based Backup and EMC Networker implementation.
• Sound knowledge on trouble shooting Backup issues
• Setting up Backup, retention and archival policies.
• Must have had hand-on experience on at least two vendor products on backup and archival ( EMC and Symantec)
• Should have worked with EMC VMX.
• Should have storage migration experience.
• Well versed with SAN zoning and Switch technologies
•German and English (both fluent)
Certifications:
Any industry standard certifications on Storage and Backup
