Backup Technology Solution Specialist (m/w)

- Role: He will involve in designing and implementation of the Backup Solution for Energy & Utility Client in Germany.
- He will take up existing Tape Back assessment and Migrate it to Disk Based Backup with EMC DATA DOMAIN.
- He is responsible for solution implementation to customer.
- Sizing of VTL, Tape library and defining the backup policies.
- Primary: Backup Technologies: Data Domain, Symantec Netback up, EMC Networker.
- Array : EMC VNX Unified Storage, HP EVA

ANFORDERUNG:
- Should be well versed with Backup technologies
- Should be well versed with Backup Solution design and implementation with EMC Data Domain and EMC Networker.
- Should have implemented De-Duplication.
- Should have hands on experience in setting up the fresh backup setup for Exchange 2010 Solution.
- Should be well versed with Symantec Based Backup and EMC Networker implementation.
- Sound knowledge on trouble shooting Backup issues
- Setting up Backup, retention and archival policies.
- Must have had hand-on experience on at least two vendor products on backup and archival ( EMC and Symantec)
- Should have worked with EMC VMX.
- Should have storage migration experience.
- Well versed with SAN zoning and Switch technologies.
