JOB DESCRIPTION/KEY TASKS:
- Support of the International Roaming Team
- International roaming tests inbound/outbound PS/CS 2G/3G/4G IR.24/IR.32/IR.35/IR.38
- Troubleshooting of IR problems and customer tickets
- Configuration and administration of active roaming testing tool and troubleshooting in case of failures
- IR.21 data handling - implementation of updates and changes
PERSONAL SKILLS:
- 3+ years of experience
- Ground experience in Core GSM/UMTS NSN/ZTE environment
- Experience of GSM/UMTS functions and protocols related to it (SIGTRAN, CAMEL, MAP, etc.)
- Experience in international roaming is essential
- Ability for teamwork and huge ground readiness
- Process oriented thinking and doing
- German & English (written and spoken)
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Austria
