Must Haves:
- LAMP stac, MVC Development, being able to code to pre-defined standards and conventions
- Frameworks: Yii, CodeIgniter, Zend et al
- OO Programming, Active Records, Error Handling
- Database structuring with MySQL and Document Based DBs (MongoDB)Git Version Control (you should be able to confidently merge changes, resolve conflicts and you do know what a pull request is)
- APIs in general (Google, Facebook, et al)
- Linux Shell
Nice to haves:
- Continuous Integration with Jenkins
- TDD and BDD
- Agile development with SCRUMVPSs and Cloud Computing (AWS, RackSpace, Linode)
- JIRA
- NodeJS
- NetBeans
- PhpUnit/Codeception/Selenium
