JOB LOCATION: HILVERSUM, NETHERLANDS

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ideally to have worked with Epicor or Mercatus software.
Their main role will be understanding the hardware to be installed in the Centre and how it connects through physically to the POS in the stores and other systems in the Centre, etc.
It is unlikely that they will be required to actually install kit.
They will work with other teams/suppliers, and in some cases have to find out who those teams are, and organize them to purchase the kit, arrange installation of software, access to other solutions, passwords, linking to test environments, monitor installation and report on progress, testing, etc.
Have an understanding of the SLA's with suppliers.
