Back Office Processor/Customer Service

Our client is looking for Back Office Processors who have data entry skills and great Customer Service skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for validating customer entitlement, logging cases
- Monitor the service event through completion for compliance.
- Manage the service requests of customers through different access channels.
- Reviews customer feedback related to customer entitlement and case management.
- Provide basic analysis of cases.
