Back Office Performance Engineer

- Responsible to monitor the performance and network quality for the NGBB network.
- Ensure the job tasks are carried out in accordance to the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
- Responsible for configuration of performance data and Key performance indicator (KPI) into the Element monitoring system (EMS) for scheduled data collection.
- Responsible for scheduled collection of network and service performance data.
- Carry out analysis on the performance data and provide statistical report for monitoring. (One report every fortnight)
- Monitor and identify if any performance data which are in a downward trend or close to low threshold.
- And Perform investigation on the root cause of network degradation and initiate corrective action which include network capacity update (means patches, not including new software features/function), troubleshooting, preventive maintenance etc, and provide report for root cause analysis.
- Performance reports management.
- Working Hours - 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday/subject to change)
- If required, able to work during weekend and/or Public Holiday.
