Back Office Engineer CORE

Our client, a well-known telecommunications provider, is looking for a Back Office Eingineer CORE

Your tasks:

*Operate, Maintain and Optimize the clients network
*integration of new network elements and liaising with project teams for implementation of new services
*provide assistance to the GNOC
*2nd level & 3rd level incident and problem management as well as preventive maintenance
*Emergency Support covering a 24/7 network outage as well as a 24/7 stand-by service
*functional testing as well as overall responsibility for Change Requests

Your profile:

*Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science
*at least 5 years work experience within the CS/PS Core area
*deep knowledge of Huawei equipment & platforms (Huawei M2000)
*wide knowledge in GSM/GPRS/UMTS (MSS, HLR,VLR, SGSN, GGSN )
*good knowledge of certain protocols: OSIX SS7,SIP, SCCP/TCAP, ISUP, DTAP, MGTS
*proven track record of Back Office experience
*IP knowledge and experience within security will be a big benefit
*fluency in English, German is a plus
