- CCNA/CCNP certified
- Familiar with TSEL Datacomm network
- Minimum 5 years Back Office experience
- In depth knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of Routers, Switches,
- Firewalls, traffic analyzers
- In depth knowledge of operation and troubleshooting of switching and routing protocols
MAIN TASKS
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly health checks and store the results in the shared allocated files/libraries,
- O&M of IP systems,
- 2nd Level fault handling and Restoration,
- TT handling,
-House keeping of the IP nodes,
- To handle and analyse Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets
- Perform second level Preventive Maintenance of nodes.
- Acceptance testing of new nodes.
- Close co-ordination with third party vendors
- Involved in upgrade/updates of live nodes.
- Create and Update Maintenance processes and Routines,
- Create and Analyze all types of system/service Performance Reports
