Back Office CS Core Engineer - Huawei Preferable

CS CORE BACK OFFICE MOBILE NETWORK.

IN THE FUNCTION AS A ENGINEER IN THE NETWORK BACK OFFICE MOBILE YOUR MAIN TASKS AND DUTIES ARE:

- Prepare, implement, test and document configuration and software changes to the 4G/LTE, 3G/UMTS, 2G/GSM, IP Networking, elements handled by the BO Mobile Core
- Pro-actively perform regular network audits in the own area of responsibility and report deviations and faults found, correct errors
- 2nd level Incident and Problem Management: Investigate, isolate and drive Fixed/Mobile networks and/or product problems reported by customer
- Participate in and if applicable, lead project teams for the integration of new network elements
- Participate in project teams for the implementation of new services
- Provide emergency support for the network elements handled by BO Mobile Core
- Available for on call duty
- Configuration Management: Execute work orders to apply configuration changes. Plan, schedule and coordinate activities with technical personnel from customer and Telco partners

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

- Candidates who are willing to join on a long term will have advantage.
- Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of Mobile Core Network architecture
- Experience in troubleshooting call flows.
- Wide knowledge in GSM/GPRS/UMTS (MSS, HLR, VLR) - CS

Core Knowledge and Experience

REQUIRED

- Candidates with knowledge of Huawei Mobile Core will have advantage but we will consider candidates with Ericson or NSN knowledge.
- Good knowledge of certain protocols: OSIX SS7, SIP, SCCP/TCAP, ISUP, DTAP, MGTS]
- Proven track record of Back Office Mobile Core experience
- IP knowledge and experience within security will be a big benefit
