Back End Team Lead - .NET

Exciting opportunity to serve in a Back End Lead capacity on this multi-year initiative to increase market share. The program will be making use of the latest releases of technology from Microsoft and others and offers a chance to work on web applications that span the spectrum of devices from desktop to tablets to smart phones.

Lead a team of development resources to deliver world class solutions for this leading services organization. Provide guidance toward engineering, methodology, code review and best practices as needed. Achieve timely delivery as the project necessitates. Responsible for Full Life cycle SDLC for effective delivery of Solutions at all phases. Mentor and develop development team associates and communicate with various stakeholders and build strong relationships.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND:

- Bachelor's degree CIS or related
- 1+ year of Team Lead Experience
- 7+ years web services architecture, design, and development. ASP.NET
- 5+ years of experience with Object-Relational Mappers (Entity Framework and NHibernate )
- 2-4 years of ASP.NET MVC experience.
- 2-4 years of RESTful Services experience
- 5-7 years of experience with SQL Server.
- 5-7 years of experience working on N-Tier'd applications.
- A firm grasp of service architecture.
- Experience working in Agile Development Methodologies such as SCRUM.
- 1-3 years of experience with Team Foundation Server.
- 5-7 years of experience with Visual Studio.
- Proven background leading teams in Software engineering for large scale enterprises and highly complex projects
- Experience with global based resources
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
