For our banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for a BA WM&RC On-boarding Implementation:
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Location: Zürich
The "Operations Change Group" (OCG) within our client organization is a global service delivery oriented organization that operates as a center of expertise and is responsible for the delivery of the change portfolio across Group Operations. OCG is actively managing, in close collaboration with other units, the entire project delivery life cycle from pre-inception phase to ultimate project/program execution. The overall aim of the Operations Change Group will be to consistently deliver high quality, effective and highly competitive change management services to its business partners across the firm.
The successful candidate will join the existing OCG functional pool organization, managing variety of projects and facing off to multiple project/program stakeholders across Group Operations.
Main responsibilities:
. Applying Tax/Legal guidance to data-sets to identify populations for further review
. Process review, evaluation and development. Understanding key components of issues faced by data processing function and data consumers and articulating input into change projects to support the implementation of new Regulations.
. Supporting the RTB processing team in terms of analytical and technical support, service management, process excellence, transition and change management
. Data analysis and problem solving
. Creation & execution of test-scripts
. Analysing data sets to identify affected or in-scope populations for IB AEI.
Required expertise/knowledge:
. A good understanding of Data flows, data mapping and systems infrastructure
. Understanding of Client & Account data inc Client On-boarding/KYC processes
. Understanding of data distribution/interfacing methods & technologies
. Experience in analysing/manipulating large volumes of data to identify anomalies
. Ability to use tools such as Access, Excel & SQL to manage & manipulate large volumes of data
. High attention to detail
