For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a
BA/TEST LEAD - EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE APPLICATIONS (5567)
In this role, the focus is on delivering application enhancements to the in-house employee performance management system. The project consists on different functional areas; the Compliance Objective, CloudServe migration and infrastructure upgrade, User-Interface Facelift, Dashboards and Reporting capabilities
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- STRONG BUSINESS ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND LOGICAL REASONING, CHALLENGING THE STATUS QUO
- DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE GAINED IN A FIELD OF TESTING (EG TEST LEAD, TEST MANAGER) AND IN LARGER SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION IN A REGULATED INDUSTRY
- EXPERIENCE IN HR AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
- FULL CYCLE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE
- EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH REPORTING AND ANALYTICAL TOOLS (OBIE)
- Experience of working with onshore/offshore model and working closely with IT and Support Team
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH, GERMAN WOULD BE A PLUS
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take on responsibility to coordinate UAT testing activities, accountable for the execution of functional tests, defect tracking and defect management, to perform tests and re-tests
- Prepare test sign-offs, report on implementation and testing progress to the management
- In addition collect business requirements, documentation of the business requirements including putting forward recommendations for solutions
- Develop functional expertise in key HR process area of Human Capital Management
- Collaborate with Process SMEs, IT and Business partners
