BA Solution Designer SAP BW

For a major international client in Canton of Vaud, we are looking for a:

BA SOLUTION DESIGNER SAP BW

to Design, Build Implementation and Support of reporting solutions, ensuring Compliance, usability, performance, stability, availability of solutions delivered.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Liaise with stakeholders to understand the Functional requirements (what) and identify the appropriate technology that better meet the needs (how).
- Liaise with BA Architect, Basis teams and other work streams where required.
- Liaise with Offshore developers to ensure solutions are built, tested and deployed to meet the business needs.
-Responsible for identifying the possible impacts in the solutions in his area due to technical upgrades or functional changes.
-Coordinate release of changes, produce training material, take proactive actions to ensure proper support on the solutions delivered.
-Contributor to the success of projects, delivery on time, on scope and quality criteria are met.

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

- At least 5 years in SAP BW end to end experience in large, global application design and build projects
- Proficient in following technologies/systems (SAP, Microsoft etc.)
- SAP BO DESIGN STUDIO
- SAP HANA VIEWS, CDS VIEWS, HANA LIVE
- OTHER BO SUITE TOOLS, EG WEB INTELLIGENCE
- SAP F&C SOLUTIONS
- SAP BW CONFIGURATION DESIGN & BUILD WITHIN LAYERED & SCALABLE ENVIRONMENT
- DESIGN OF DATA WAREHOUSING SOLUTIONS WITH IN-THE-LARGE DATA VOLUMES
- Experience in SAP Business Objects Design Studio would be a plus
- Experience in JAVA Scrip and BW on Hana are highly desirable.
- Knowledge ofSAP ERP Solutions, specially Finance and Supply Chain areas
- ABAP knowledge with some coding/debugging experience in a BW context.
- Advanced Data warehousing and modelling capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate with functional experts and offshore partners to jointly deliver new solutions
- Analytical and Technical skills to produce detailed Functional Specifications
- Good communication skills in English (fluent)

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF 2016 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.

THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN CANTON OF VAUD.
