IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Analyze business scenarios and identify opportunities for improvement through automation and/or business process change
-Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, designing and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
-Develop functional and/or technical specifications
-Document and champion business processes
-Provide consultation to users in area of business systems and processes
-Elicit, analyze, validate, communicate and simplify requirements - manage and communicate them effectively
-Lead successful completion of major projects/programs across portfolios
-Participate in roadmap discussions and vendor assessments
-Lead cross-functional discussions in resolution of business or systems issues and develop business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders and key account managers
-Facilitate and support system and user acceptance testing

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound working experience as Business Analyst in multinational company
-Experience in Identity & Access Management projects, preferably with SAP ERP & BI and/or Sailpoint IdentityIQ
-Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
-High interpersonal skills, experience with challenging and hard-to-reach customers
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
-Knowledge of HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) preferred
-Familiarity with Google suite is of advantage
-Pharmaceutical working background is of advantage
