Global Telecommunications Carrier have an immediate opportunity for a Business Analyst with a background in Functional analysis in a Telecoms Voice environment.
Duties:
To work with the business to gather user requirements to obtain alignment across the suite of IT systems and translate these requirements towards technical system needs. This is a business analysis role within the voice domain (trading, routing, pricing billing models, reporting) so any familiarity with voice products ie voice interworking, roaming, VoLTE, WebRTC, RCS is extremely desirable.
Essential skills:
- 5 Years experience working as an IT Business Analyst/Functional Analyst
- Ability to plan, arrange and control meeting/workshops
- Experience gathering and translating Business/user requirements
- Good analysis and modelling skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience with voice products (voice interworking, roaming, VoLTE, WebRTC, RCS)
- (International) Wholesale Telecom Business
