We are looking for a Business Analyst with detailed knowledge of Dodd Frank regulatory requirements. Detailed knowledge of investment banking, particularly around OTC and ETD derivatives trading is also desirable

THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to conduct business analysis, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and use UML's to specify, visualise, modify and construct the requirements document. This should also lead to the development of a UAT test plan for acceptance testing. 

The Test Analyst will be responsible for the quality gateways and ensuring that all the testing phases are delivered successfully to time and budget. Reporting to the Test manager you will be responsible for all aspects of test Scripting, test execution and test reporting. You should have good verbal and written communication skills and be confident delivering testing updates to project managers and stakeholders.

You will be working as part of a team and you should have good written and verbal communication skills in order to liaise with stakeholders, project managers, end users and other teams both inside and outside of the business. The Business Analyst will act as an ambassador for UAT and will help to roll out the quality gateways to all involved on the project helping to enforce them and ensure quality product is delivered.

- Strong Business Analysis background.
- Experience working within an investment banking environment.
- Knowledge of Dodd Frank, EMIR, Basel III, Derivatives, Swaps.
- A proven background delivering to time and budget
- Detailed UAT experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
