BA - Balance Sheet Management

- Funds Transfer Pricing experience - Pre-requisite
- Practitioner in Treasury - worked within Treasury projects before.
- Business Analysis
- Financial Services/Banking - pre-requisite
- Qualified Accountant - preferably (CIMA)
- Analysing in some level of details, the current FTP systems and processes and outlining key pain points.
- Organising and leading workshops to gather detailed requirements and facilitating discussions on the design of the future state.
- Engaging with other programmes such as TMS/ICB to identify hand-offs and dependencies.
- Liaising with Finance Technology partners to validate the requirements and firming up the detailed solution design.
- Analysing and identifying enhancement opportunities for quick wins.
- Be the principal point of contact for technical analysts and developers during the build and testing phase.
- Co-ordinating user acceptance and implementation related activities with the business stakeholders.
- Face off to the Head of Treasury Change and Global Head of Balance Sheet Management
- Deputise for the BSM Programme Manager in key governance forums involving senior business leaders in Finance
