We are looking for an experienced Band 6 occupational therapist to work within an intermediate are team. The case load is largely over 65s both after hospital admission and community referrals. All physical conditions apart from acute neuro, plus dementias. Would be helpful if they confident in dementia management in physical setting and / or has some specialist manual handling experience.working within a community based job in the South West London area.
