We are looking for an experienced Band 6 occupational therapist with experience in discharge planning to join our client's community team within the London area

Position: Band 6 OT
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: On-going
Location: Kent
Essential: Must have access to own car
* Needs to be car driver
* Self motivated and able to use own initiative
* Working in Winter pressure scheme

To be considered for this role, you must be a fully qualified Occupational Therapist with proven experience working in the community. Post graduate experience and HCPC registration is essential.
