B2B Marketing Communication Manager (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Position B2B/B2M as a solution provider and energy partner for industrial customers and the public sector in core target markets
-Create and implement an effective communications strategy to assist in the creation of a customer focused and differentiated B2B/B2M brand and business
-Ensure target customer groups and B2B/B2M employees receive relevant business or work-related information including sales and marketing materials
-Responsibility and lead the team to deliver day-to-day communications
-Drive and enable effective board, sales and political communication
-Produce accurate timely materials (e. g. press releases, articles, presentations, brochures, web content, newsletters)
-Event management and hospitality to assist in all business segments and functions
-Integrate campaign activity across all channels including advertising, direct marketing, digital, advertiser funded programming, experiential and spon-sorship
-Manage marketing budget and external suppliers/agencies
-Lead an international team of highly skilled and committed individuals in Germany, Italy and UK

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University degree in at least one of the following areas such as marketing, communications, economics, business administration or other social sciences
-Communications experience (ideally in the B2B sector) in developing and running communication campaigns and in managing brand strategies
-Experience in delivering large scales and direct communications to drive sales delivery
-Ability to work in matrix organisational structures
