Cloud (Azure ) Big Data & Analytics Program Manager.

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experience Programe Manager that has managed a Azure Cloud/Big Data/Analytics migration project.

Location: The Netherlands-outside Amsterdam

Dutch Native/Fluent speaker required

Program Management experience in BIG DATA AND ANALYTICS AND DATA WAREHOUSE/BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE

Stakeholder management experience at Director and C-1 Level.

BIG DATA AND ANALYTICSImplementation in MICROSOFT AZURE.

Experience in DATA WAREHOUSE MIGRATION PROGRAM

Experience in MANAGING LARGE TEAMS 20+ MEMBERS

Managing strategic programs with big data echo-system partners.

Liaising with the company's VPs, project sponsors, and partnering companies' key executives.

Created and managed the workflow of weekly executive presentations for status and issues for the Big Data program

Application project manager for Analytics and Data lake projects.

Manage project budgets with resource teams and the Strategic Initiative (SI) owners

Fluency in Dutch essential

Overall experience of 10-15 years with relevant IT experience of 8+ years in Programme Management and methodologies (eg MSP), including delivery of complex IT programmes and services
MUST BE CERTIFIED IN PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT
Experience of working in a Matrix level organization, preferably with a large multinational company
RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING AN CONTENT/ASSET MANAGEMENT-RELATED PROGRAMME OF WORK ACROSS SEVERAL DOMAINS WITH SEVERAL COMPLEX STRANDS AND INTERFACES. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE RELATED PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT ON AT LEAST 3 MAJOR PROGRAMMES.
Knowledge of Integration with Adobe Experience Management will be an advantage
Excellent stakeholder management skills along with interpersonal/leadership/influencing skills at a senior management level across distributed and complex markets
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written Dutch and English)

Technology exposure to but not limited to: Big Data- Hadoop Ecosystem, Analytics Tools(R, SAS),Data Warehousing ETL, Informatica, Big Data-Analytics Program Management, Global Resourcing, Customer Relationship Management, IT Support Management
