AX Trade & Logistics Consultant

Leading Rental Services organisation in the early stages of their AX2012 R3 upgrade require an AX Trade & Logistics Consultant to plan out their project road map for the next 2 years. This is one of the largest Dynamics AX implementations in Europe across 40 different units for what is a business that operates off a large quantity of customer transactions for their specialist vehicle service. What is on offer here is the chance to shape a highly complex business change programme influencing the programme leads and business stakeholders implementing functional best practice for their upgrade project.

The Trade & Logistics Consultant must have worked with AX2012 and have at least 5 years product knowledge having previously worked for a Microsoft Gold Partner or on large end user implementations. It would also be preferred but not essential if this consultant possessed an understanding of the Core Finance, Projects or HR modules. This person will also get involved in rolling out process change and overhaul with the business users so someone from a strong business change background would be preferred but not essential.You will also work in Tandem with the Microsoft Gold Partner helping the business to take ownership of the programme in-house and pushing back on decisions that impact across functionality and configuration of the product.

This programme has the potential to run on for the next 2-3 years and would suit someone from a partner background who is looking to be site based with an end user as there will be little travel involved in this particular role.
