AX Functional WMS Module

Skills Required:

Detailed JD/Responsibility

Provide inputs regarding Dynamics AX capabilities and functionality to our clients

Develop an understanding of our client's business needs to define systems requirements for Dynamics AX

Document business requirements for implementation using Microsoft Sure Step Methodology

Preparation of FDD for development by the team.

Based on customer requirement preparing Gap fit document where all requirement need to be updated with what is available and what need to customize.

Preparation of test cases validating the requirements outlined in the FDD

Test the functionality developed by the implementation team against the business requirements

Full life cycle Dynamics AX projects with emphasis on the WMS and SCM Modules

Functional knowledge of AX 2012 R3 WMS and generic Supply Chain - MUST (exposure to retail environment will be a big plus)

Functional integration delivery experience of connecting AX with other systems - SHOULD (prior WMS integration experience is desirable)

Technical knowledge of AIF and DIXF framework within AX - NICE TO HAVE

Ensuring project scope and responsibilities are clearly articulated to enable effective management of client expectations and project change control

Providing clarifications to the development team on the FDD and functionality in AX.

Act as the liaison between the business users and the IT implementation core team

Provide training to business users on AX on the above modules
