Assistant Vice President - Compensation and Benefits - Financial Services

A leading investment bank in Canary Wharf is currently looking for an Assistant VP of Compensation and Benefits to join their global team of five.

You will be responsible for the provision of year-round compensation analytics for the designated business areas on a global scale (approximately 25,000 employees)

Main duties include:

* Undertake bonus and salary modelling during year end
* Partner with wider stakeholders to complete market benchmarking exercises
* Lead ad hoc projects when required including
* Utilise Excel based models to provide suitable bonus distribution for the business review
* Work with regional comp and bens teams to understand specific marking context to provide effective global support

Essential Criteria:

* Cash compensation experience, gained in the financial or professional services sector
* Excellent analytical skills, able to manipulate large volumes of data and problem solve efficiently
* Experience with market data surveys, eg McLagen, Towers Watson
* The gravitas, confidence and interpersonal skills to interact with senior stakeholders and partake in meetings regularly, providing advice when required
