WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Developing effective sourcing strategies/methodologies to attract active and passive candidates
Sourcing and screening talented and diverse candidates for senior level aviation technology roles in China from US market
Developing strong relationships with active and passive candidates to ensure a strong network, and pipeline of talent to be considered for immediate and future openings
Actively seeking to expand industry knowledge of all areas supported through research, communication with industry experts, relationships with top universities and colleges, candidates, and Yoh Recruiting team members
Continuously exploring, evaluating, and recommending new ideas, tools, and solutions to ensure "best in class" sourcing methods are being utilized to meet business objectives
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE: Demonstrated success recruiting and sourcing passive candidates through niche job boards/resume databases, social media, and advanced Internet searching
Prior experience supporting manufacturing and/or product development environments
Experience, and comfort, in identifying talent through networking, job boards, niche sites, cold calling, candidate referral pipelines, and social media sites
BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to sell global opportunity and relocation to China with US candidates
Bachelor Degree in Business, International Studies
