AVC Delivery Manager (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Member of OE engagement and rollout management team
-Responsible for the delivery of customer projects including proof of concepts, project planning, application packaging, migration planning, process improvements, operational readiness and creation of contractual topics with OEs
-Monitor and report progress of OE project status to various stakeholder during all project phases
-Risk and issues follow up at management level
-Integration function between AVC program management, CSC client managers, financial stream and WPS (run organization)
-Provide input for demand management with regard to OE allocation on server and storage

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Very good knowledge in IT implementation
-Deep understanding of strategy and project management
-Excellent leadership qualities
-Fluency in English and preferably German
-Good insurance business experience
-Good presentation and communication skills
-Very good social networking skills
-Strong creative, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
-Familiar with terms such as active directory, group policy object, CPI (Change, Problem, Incident) etc.
-Proven international experience
-ITIL qualification/certification
