If you have a strong Avaya background and work in financial services either directly for an end user organisation or via a IT/voice technology services company, reseller or partner of Avaya, this role will represent a tremendous opportunity for you to further your career!

This is a ostensibly an engineering role. If you are coming from a reseller or partner background you must have experience of building solutions for financial services organisations.

The role will involve managing the support and maintenance of major global financial institutions EMEA voice environment including mobile platforms, call logging systems, voicemail systems, cabling and trading systems. You will also manage external contractors and work closely with vendors. The role also encompasses all moves and changes projects.

To be considered for this role you will need the following:

Solid Avaya hands-on Avaya skills across Communication Manager 5/6 and Avaya Session Manager

A good knowledge of call logging and voicemail systems ie NICE NTR, Avaya CSCM voice recording & Proteus

A good general knowledge of LAN, WAN and general networking concepts

A strong understanding of voice protocols such as SIP, H323, QSIG, ISDN, etc

Avaya Communication manager 5 or 6 accreditation or equivalent experience
